Personal Information is any information that defines you as an individual. It includes information that you provide to us as well as information collected from other sources with your consent.
Some examples of Personal Information are your name, address, age, gender, personal information records, social insurance number and health information. Personal Information does not include business contact information used for business purposes. We collect this information in order that we can understand your needs to enable us to provide you with the product and/or service you have requested as well as to advise you of other products or services that may be of benefit to you. If you elect to not provide certain Personal Information that we have requested, then we may not be able to provide the requested product or service or may have to discontinue providing you with a product or service.

As our company continues to develop and grow, we may purchase or sell components of our business. Your consent to our use of your Personal Information, once given, cannot be withdrawn if there are legal requirements for Strategic Investment Planning to continue to use your Personal Information or if the withdrawal of your consent will not enable us to fulfill your agreement(s) with us.
